AUDI debuts AUDI E SUV Concept at Guangzhou auto show, production model due next year
AUDI the new brand jointly launched by Audi and SAIC, today debuted the AUDI E SUV Concept on the first day of the 2025 Guangzhou auto show, marking the brand's second model following the AUDI E5 Sportback.
The concept car continues the design language of the AUDI E5 Sportback, with the production version set to launch in 2026.
This timeline mirrors that of the AUDI E5 Sportback. Audi and SAIC jointly launched the AUDI brand in China on November 7, 2024, debuting its first concept car, the E concept, the same day.
One key difference between the AUDI brand and the Audi brand is that the former uses a letter logo instead of the latter's iconic four-ring emblem.
The E5 Sportback was developed from the AUDI E Concept, making its debut at the 2025 Shanghai auto show in late April before officially launching on September 16.
The AUDI E SUV Concept adopts the same front face design as the AUDI E5 Sportback, currently the brand's most distinctive feature.

The concept car features a LiDAR sensor mounted on the roof and employs digital rearview mirrors.
The AUDI E SUV Concept embodies simplicity to master complexity, outlining the dynamic posture of future luxury SUVs, AUDI said on Weibo.
The E5 Sportback is a mid-size sedan with a wagon-inspired silhouette, built on the Advanced Digitized Platform developed through Audi's collaboration with SAIC.
